เหตุการณ์กลุ่มราษฎร นัดชุมนุม ที่อนุสาวรีย์ประชาธิปไตย เพื่อทำกิจกรรมส่งจดหมายถึงกษัตริย์
ลำดับเวลาโดยประมาณ
- 16.00 น. ประชาชนเริ่มรวมตัวที่อนูเสาวรีย์ประชาธิปไตย
- 17.30 น. คณะราษฏรประกาศเคลื่อนขบวนจากอนุสาวรีย์ไปยัง พระบรมมหาราชวัง
- 18.25 น. มวลชนเคลื่อนขบวนไปใกล้พระบรมมหาราชวัง เพื่อจะยื่นจดหมาย
มีเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจร่วมกับทหารที่ใส่เสื้อเหลืองแฝงตัวเป็นพลเรือนยืนสกัด รวมทั้งใช้รถเมล์ปิดเส้นทางไม่ให้เข้าใกล้พระราชวัง
เจ้าหน้าที่ประกาศผ่านเครื่องขยายว่าห้ามเข้าเพราะผิดกฏหมาย มีการใช้ปืนฉีดน้ำแรงดันสูงเข้าใส่กลุ่มผู้ชุมนุม โดยไม่แจ้งให้ทราบ
มีการ์ดในกลุ่มผู้ชุมนุมคนหนึ่งจึงโยนพลุควัน(ไม่มีเสียง ไม่มีสะเก็ดระเบิด) เพื่อให้เกิดม่านควัน มีการตะโกนด่าตำรวจที่ใช้ปืนฉีดน้ำแรงดันสูง ตำรวจอ้างลั่น พร้อมประกาศขอโทษจากนั้นจึงมีการเจรจา
- 18.50 น. ตำรวจยอมร่นระยะหนึ่งเพื่อให้กลุ่มผู้ชุมนุมได้นำตู้ไปรษณีย์ 4 ตู้ เพื่อทำกิจกรรมส่งจดหมาย
- 20.50 น. กลุ่มผู้ชุมนุมได้ประกาศให้มีการยุติการชุมนุม

A reminder to motorists to avoid the Democracy Monument area and Ratchadamoen Avenue towards the Royal Plaza due to an anti-government protest at 4pm.
They are expected to march to an undisclosed location. Possibly Government House

At the Jor Por ROR intersection of Ratchadamnoen Nok and Wisut Kasat roads, the police have blocked the way to Government house with public buses and razor wire barricades.
