โครงสร้างประโยคของการPresent perfect tense (Active voice)
คือ S + have/has + V3
คำที่มักใช้ร่วมในประโยค คือ for และ since ความหมายในประโยคจะเป็นดังนี้
เหตุการณ์ที่เริ่มขึ้นในอดีตและยังคงดำเนินต่อเนื่องมาถึงปัจจุบัน
1. for (บอกระยะเวลา)
2. since (บอกจุดเริ่มต้นของเวลา)
- He has worked here for 10 years.
เขาทำงานที่นี่มา 10 ปีแล้ว(ตอนนี้ยังทำงานอยู่ที่นี่)
- We have studied together for 5 semesters.
พวกเราเรียนด้วยกันมา 5 ภาคเรียนแล้ว(ยังเรียนด้วยกันอยู่)
- They have lived in this city since 2015.
พวกเขาอาศัยอยู่ในเมืองนี้ตั้งแต่ปี 2015(ยังคงอาศัยอยู่)
- We have known each other since we were children.
